Responsibilities:
Product & Visual Merchandising
- Plan and implement product displays according to brand guidelines
- Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Arrange merchandise to maximize sales and customer engagement
- Maintain store layout, signage, and promotional displays
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items
- Coordinate with store staff to manage stock rotation and minimize shrinkage
Sales & Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales data and customer buying patterns
- Identify trends and recommend product assortment changes
- Support sales targets by optimizing product placement
