We are hiring - Retail Recruiter Job Details Salary: Up to 15,000 per monthWork Mode: Work From HomeWorking Days: Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 7 pmExperience: Up to 1 year Role & Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail hiring.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines. Requirements Experience in recruitment, retail hiring, or volume hiring preferred.Good communication and candidate-handling skills.Strong sourcing and screening abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Candidates with BPO, retail, or bulk hiring experience are preferred . Immediate Joiner Preferred .
