01Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising products according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support with a high level of professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and loss prevention. .
