Job Description: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (Depending on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)

A reputed Insurance Broking Company is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for its operations in Hinjewadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, perks, coverage, and terms clearly to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, documentation, and renewals.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in retail sales, insurance sales, financial services, or customer-facing sales roles will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
