Retail Sales executive for NIBM, Pune

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals. - Engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner. - Assist customers in finding the right jewelry for their needs and preferences. - Develop a strong understanding of lab-grown diamonds, including the 4Cs, benefits, and Firefly's offerings. - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. - Assist in maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation. - Actively participate in training sessions and seek guidance from senior staff. Qualifications: - Minimum Educational Qualification should be a Bachelor's Degree. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. - Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Passion for jewelry and commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service. - Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
