01Overview
The Retention executive will play a keyrole in ensuring that young people placed in jobs remain engaged & continue their employment for an extended period. This role involves delivering the post - placement module to youth, keeping them engaged over a three month of period, collecting feedbacks from both employers and youth, and ensuring that retention goals are met.
The Retention executive will actively support the retention process by facilitating sessions, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring that necessary retention documentation and proofs are submitted on time.
Minimum 2 to 3+ years of work experience in Livelihood space with valuable communication and team work skills.
Able to work independently with minimum handholding support.
Good Reporting & Excel management skills
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
