Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 3 years experience in audit, accounting, and/or financial reporting, ideally gained within Big4 firms, KPO organizations, and/or multinational corporationsBasic understanding of Ind AS, IFRS and/or US GAAP; willingness to learn revenue recognition standards (Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15 / ASC 606)Good technical accounting skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)Familiarity with financial systems; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plusAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn Desirable Qualifications:
CA Inter / ACCA / CMA qualification in progress is advantageousExposure to the financial services or alternative investments industryPrior involvement in process improvements or system implementationsKnowledge of Indian taxation and compliance requirements Key Competencies:
