01Responsibilities
Review reverse mortgage application packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.
Verify reputed company reputed company information matches throughout the system and application.
Order and reputed company vendor items such as appraisals, title work, credit reports, VOEs, and other required services.
Follow up with vendors to ensure reputed company delivery and accuracy of ordered items.
Set up new loan files reputed company the loan origination system.
Upload, reputed company, and organize documents to prepare the file for processing or reputed company review.
reputed company updates on file status and outstanding documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks and other processing support as needed.
Required Skills:
2 years mortgage experience preferred; reverse mortgage experience a plus but not required.
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work reputed company under pressure
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
