We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Chartered Accountant to join our Risk Management team. The candidate will assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating financial, operational, compliance, and business risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support risk assessment activities and identify key business risks.
- Review and evaluate internal controls and business processes.
- Analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and operational data to identify potential risk indicators.
- Assist in developing risk mitigation plans and monitoring their implementation.
- Prepare periodic risk reports and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct control testing and risk-based reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, and business teams.
- Track risk incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in process improvement and risk governance initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers can apply.
- Solid understanding of Internal Controls, Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. .
