Role Overview
As a Risk Analyst at FIS, you will work on the cutting edge of cybersecurity with the largest FinTech company in the world. Your role will involve using your advanced technical skills to protect FIS from threats and partner with business leaders to identify risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and promote continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the strategic objectives of the risk management program are met including executing risk assessment activities, coordinating risk response, and program testing and validation.
- Review significant events and advise business owners of action steps required to prevent future recurrence.
- Perform risk assessments related to Data Protection, Supplier Management, and Enterprise Risk Management programs, as well as other consulting projects throughout various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues, control gaps, and potential process efficiencies.
- Document risk analysis and controls, evaluate control design, and focus on continuous control improvement.
- Manage specific areas of exposure, execute risk assessment activities, and coordinate risk response.
- Review significant events and advise business owners to prevent future recurrence.
- Perform risk assessments for data protection, supplier management, and enterprise risk management programs.
Qualifications Required
- Experience in network security or server/endpoint security.
- A background in information security auditing.
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CISSP or CISA certification is highly preferred.
- Risk assessment or internal audit experience is preferred.
