Job Description

Role Overview

As an Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be aligned to the Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team, focusing on Digital Banking solutions. Your role involves developing and delivering business solutions for Internet distribution channels of banks, enabling customers to conduct basic transactions online. Your primary responsibility will be to provide superior service delivery to trade customers while minimizing risks associated with trade finance transactions. You will also be required to work on deals aimed at driving business outcomes, conducting ROI/Cost-benefit analysis, and simplifying cost levers and pricing elements. Your role may involve collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to align strategies with buyer values. This position may require prior experience in a large international bank that has undergone transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct analysis and solve moderately complex problems - Create new solutions, adapting existing methods and procedures as necessary - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly - Interact with peers, management levels, and clients within Accenture - Work independently with minimal guidance on new assignments - Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams - Manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture - Work in rotational shifts if required
