This is an exciting role that will support the APD Distribution Service Division (DSD) by leading an effective compliance program to help drive a compliance culture, reinforce our Values in Action and ensure the enterprise is Winning the Right Way. If you have a passion for leadership, business ethics and strategic planning, we encourage you to apply.The preference for this role is to be based out of Chennai - Brigade World Trade CenterWhat you will doProvide leadership with the identification of relevant compliance issues in the organization in terms of both applicable policies and procedures and instances where adherence to those policies and procedures may be compromised.Develop, implement, and proactively monitor compliance and ethics initiatives of the Division.Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.Develop, initiate and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Division's compliance program, and lead key DT&D segment compliance activities in the Region.
