Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager at Aditya Birla Capital Limited in Bangalore, your role will involve supporting the Head in delivering Business Development strategy and achieving Profitability & Asset Book numbers for the Emerging & Mid-Market Business. You will also assist the Zonal Head in implementing the Business strategy for the Zone, initiate cross-selling initiatives, and grow, nurture, and manage relationships across Emerging & Mid-Corporate Houses in the Country.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head in delivering Business Development strategy and achieving Profitability & Asset Book numbers for the Emerging & Mid-Market Business.
- Implement the devised Business strategy for the Zone and tap local networks to achieve budgeted business volumes.
- Initiate cross-selling initiatives for generating additional revenues.
- Grow, nurture, and manage relationships across Emerging & Mid-Corporate Houses in the Country.
- Set high standards of Deal Structuring, Due Diligence & Loan Documentation.
- Maintain constant interactions with clients, ensure effective Customer Service standards, and superior client satisfaction.
- Resolve issues related to client servicing and coordinate with Risk / Ops / Finance / Credit / Legal teams.
- Undertake documentation and KYC formalities for customers in a seamless manner while managing good TATs.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the local market and report any indications of customer defaults or sectoral changes.
- Formulate periodic MIS for routine activities and send periodic reports to Business Heads.
