Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.
The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, process assessment, documentation, stakeholder management, and supporting the end-to-end automation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA initiatives.
Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories.
Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and RPA developers to define automation requirements.
Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and process walkthrough sessions.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend automation solutions.
Support solution design, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project governance standards.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in RPA or automation projects.
Solid experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
Understanding of RPA platforms such as: o UiPath
o Automation Anywhere
o Blue Prism
Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Design Documents.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar process mapping tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
Exposure to UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
Relevant Business Analysis or RPA certifications would be an advantage.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively engage with business users and technical teams.
Robust presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities .
