Wissen Technology is now RPA Business AnalystRPA Business Analyst will identify , analyze, and document processes within the banking domain for automation using RPA tools. The ideal candidate will have experience creating detailed process documentation such as user stories, SIPOCs, and process diagrams. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of banking processes are essential.Location: IDFC Thane Office (no WFH; alternate Saturdays working)Total Experience: 2-5 years in RPA projects (preferably with banking domain expertise )Process Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Analyze banking processes (e.g., loan processing, payments, KYC, risk management) to identify automation opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies and recommend automation solutions. Prioritize processes based on business impact, complexity, and ROI.Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Process Design Documents (PDD). Ensure comprehensive and approved documentation from all stakeholders .C ollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with RPA developers to translate business needs into technical requirements. Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to align project objectives . Manage stakeholder expectations and provide consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle.Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve banking processes for efficiency, compliance, and reduced manual intervention. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and RPA innovations.Documentation & Reporting: Document process designs, automation outcomes, and compliance requirements. Create detailed reports on ROI, productivity improvements, and process performance.Qualifications & Skills Required:Technical Skills: Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath). Knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, and automation tools. Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and APIs (preferred).Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve processes and resolve issues. Project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables. Attention to detail for ensuring high-quality deliverables.Banking Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of banking processes such as customer service workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Experience in understanding and mapping banking workflows like SIPOCs and user stories.Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology (BE/ B.Tech /BCA/MCA/BSc/MSc/MCS/MS/ MTech /ME in CS or IT).
