RPA Managed Services Lead - UiPath Location: Mohali / Bangalore / Vizag / Nashik Department: RPA Managed Services Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-site) Reports To: Head - IT & Managed Services Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced RPA Managed Services Lead (UiPath) to oversee and lead our automation support operations. This role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing deployed bots, ensuring seamless performance, and providing proactive client support with sharp turnaround times (TATs). The ideal candidate is a UiPath expert with strong operational discipline, capable of managing client expectations, team performance, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities - Daily Operations & Monitoring: Review bot runs daily, monitor queues and statuses, and ensure automations execute as expected. - Incident & Ticket Management: Manage client support tickets promptly, maintaining strict TATs and high satisfaction levels. - Process Understanding & Client Liaison: Develop in-depth knowledge of client business processes and bridge communication between stakeholders and support teams. - Bot Optimization: Continuously enhance bot performance, utilization, and license management. - Infrastructure Awareness: Understand UiPath deployment architecture, orchestrator management, and VM allocations. - Support Leadership: Lead and mentor the managed services team to ensure service excellence. - Performance Reporting: Generate and deliver regular insights on bot performance and opportunities for improvement. - Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with solution architects to enhance automation stability and scalability. Required Qualifications - Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering. - 7+ years of experience in RPA, including 3+ years focused on UiPath support/managed services. - Proven expertise in bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. - Strong client-facing experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and proactive support delivery. Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator, queues, scheduling, and unattended bots. - Knowledge of UiPath infrastructure, including license governance and VM configuration. - Familiarity with exception handling, logging, and bot stability best practices. - Exposure to SQL, APIs, and system integrations is preferred. - Prior experience maintaining enterprise-scale RPA environments. Leadership & Soft Skills - Proactive, analytical, and client-focused with a service-first mindset. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Ability to mentor junior analysts and enforce operational best practices. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
