01Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, time, and cost estimates for new IT initiatives and automation projects.
- Contribute to IT planning and strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies to meet specific business needs.
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end RPA and Python-based automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT architectural standards.
- Develop and configure bots primarily using Automation Anywhere, and concurrently build and maintain robust Python-based automation solutions (e.g., using Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar libraries).
- Actively lead the migration of existing Automation Anywhere bots into Python-based automation frameworks, focusing on redesign, optimization, and reusability improvements.
- Analyze existing bot implementations and identify opportunities for simplification, scalability, and performance enhancements, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Lead design decisions for automation architectures, mentor junior developers, and drive the adoption of software engineering best practices for modular, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Monitor, support, and optimize bots in production environments to ensure continuous functionality and efficiency.
- Develop reusable frameworks and components for automation, fostering a culture of efficiency and technical excellence.
