Roles and Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety policies and SOPs.
-Conduct daily safety inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments.
-Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and protected work practices.
-Investigate and report accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
-Organize and lead toolbox talks, safety drills, and training sessions.
-Maintain all statutory safety records, logs, and compliance documentation.
-Coordinate with site engineers and management to minimize workplace hazards.
-Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, labour laws, and environmental norms. .
