We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Health Insurance Calling Executives.
Job Role
The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their health insurance requirements, and explaining suitable health insurance plans offered by reputed insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.Understand the customer's insurance requirements and budget.Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and key features.Provide suitable policy options from reputed insurance companies.Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.Basic knowledge of Hindi/Hinglish; English communication is an advantage.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.Freshers can also apply; experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or insurance will be an advantage.What We Offer
