01Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients for unsecured business loans.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Explain loan products clearly and assist clients throughout the loan application process.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
Ensure timely collection of required documents and follow up on loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
02Requirements
Minimum 6months of experience in loan sales, with preference for unsecured business loans.
Prior experience in NBFC or Financial Institutions is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
Sound knowledge of loan products and the financial services market.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: Upto 25,000(based on experience)+incentives+petrol allowances
