CADFEM is looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales to join our Sales team. This role is designed for fresh MBA graduates with an engineering background who aspire to build a long-term career in technical and solution-based sales. The program offers structured training, hands-on exposure, and clear growth opportunities within CADFEM.

Eligibility
B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical, EEE, ECE) + MBA
2025-26 pass-outs.
Strong interest in B2B / Technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, and chance tracking.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools.
- Learn and understand CADFEM's products, solutions, and target industries.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and review discussions (as exposure increases).
- During the training period, trainees will undergo structured training in sales processes, CRM tools, business communication, and mentorship, with regular performance evaluations. .
