Job Description

Role Overview

You will be joining Axience as a Sales Analyst - Fresh Graduate with a focus on B2B Enterprise Sales in the Financial Services sector. Your primary responsibilities will include collating and analyzing enterprise sales data, conducting lead research, developing databases, managing CRM systems, supporting outreach activities, and contributing to continuous improvement in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, structure, and maintain enterprise-level sales data for global financial services clients - Build and manage Excel-based trackers and dashboards covering prospects, accounts, pipelines, and outreach activity - Research and build high-quality prospect databases across financial services sectors - Identify decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees within target enterprises - Maintain CRM systems with accurate account, contact, pipeline, and activity data - Execute structured cold email campaigns and cold calls to enterprise prospects - Follow defined enterprise sales processes, outreach cadences, and compliance standards - Support refinement of sales playbooks, pitch materials, email templates, and call scripts - Demonstrate a strong learning agility with progressive responsibility in enterprise account support

Qualifications Required

- Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred - Strong academic background with consistent performance and analytical aptitude - Fresh graduates or candidates with limited prior experience are encouraged to apply - Exposure to financial markets, financial services, or B2B environments through internships or projects is an advantage - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and structured data handling - Comfort working with CRM platforms and enterprise sales tools - Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English is non-negotiable - Strong research orientation and attention to detail - Confidence in engaging with enterprise clients via email and phone - High discipline, resilience, and ability to operate in a metrics-driven sales environment Additional details about Axience: Axience is a professional business services firm that delivers "Integrated Bespoke Solutions" for clients.
