Key Accountabilities Data Modeling & Reporting Architecture: Maintain scalable data models that compile CRM and source system data into scalable datasets that power dashboards, reporting, and automated insights. Sales Reporting, Dashboarding & KPI Management: Maintain, and automate sales reports, PowerBI dashboards, and KPIs to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable performance visibility. Sales Performance & Trend Analysis: Analyze sales activity, pipeline health, conversion trends, and capacity metrics to inform leadership decisions and support forecasting. Reporting Operations & Requests: Support reporting , ad hoc requests, and standardized reporting packages with defined SLAs; streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort. CRM Data Support & Hygiene Reinforcement: Support CRM data quality initiatives by assisting with data cleanup, de-duplication efforts, validation checks, and seller follow-ups to reinforce hygiene standards defined by the Sales System Analyst. Targets single or multiple contact lists, including inbound inquiries, existing customers, whitespace or other sources, and Decision Makers from multiple business units. Monitor and remediate data quality issues including missing DUNS numbers, non-standard field values, and accounts not following creation best practices. Monitor pipeline hygiene including stale opportunities and unconverted leads, conduct appropriate outreach, and share performance insights with relevant stakeholders after review. Manage account stewardship activities in MS Dynamics including parenting alignment to D&B Hoovers, KN designation management, and ensuring accounts are correctly tagged per defined standards. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business requirements and organizational priorities. Collaborate across functions, proactively learn new processes and tools, and take ownership of additional responsibilities as required.
