Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, insurance brokers, channel partners and other stakeholders, and developing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. The candidate will manage the sales pipeline, recruit, onboard, engage, and grow broker/channel partner relationships, analyze market trends, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
What we are looking for
- Insurance Broker Expertise (Mandatory): 6 -10 years at an Insurance Brokerage or Employee Benefits (EB) firm selling Corporate Health & Wellness/Group Benefits to HR Heads & Enterprise CXOs.
- Network & Partnerships: Robust existing relationships with top brokers (Marsh, Aon,) and TPAs.
- Consultative Selling: Proven ability in navigating B2B deal cycles and translating tech/health innovations into transparent ROI.
- Proven Sales Record: Consistent history of exceeding targets, closing enterprise B2B deals, and creating new accounts.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of Group Health Insurance (GHI), OPD wellness benefits, and employee benefit platforms.
- Education: MBA with specialisation in Marketing or Healthcare .
