Key Responsibilities
- Execute market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify market trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capture market share within the commercial banking segment.
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative financial solutions, services, and products aligned with the banks' objectives and tailored to the commercial banking segment.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with other financial institutions, technology providers, or industry experts to expand product offerings and reach new client segments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, establish sales targets, identify sales channels, and set objectives for loan terms to support the negotiation process and development of service agreements.
- Monitor key leading and lagging metrics such as new client acquisition, loan volume, revenue generation, and market share to assess the performance of the commercial banking segment.
Qualifications Required
- Good understanding of applicable regulations and policies.
- Strong data manipulation skills SQL/SAS with expertise in RCA and insights development.
- Good commercial acumen with an analytical mindset and skill set (e.g., Excel) with experience in leveraging data/analysis to identify problems and develop innovative solutions to improve business performance.
- Strong communication skills with experience in providing accurate diagnostics and insights to support senior colleagues in negotiations with senior stakeholders.
This role is based in the Noida office. You will also be expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will set objectives, coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraise performance relative to objectives, and determine reward outcomes.
