Hiring: Marketing Executive NBFC (Chennai) A fast-growing Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in Chennai is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for its Mortgage (Loan Against Property LAP) business targeted at the MSME segment. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance, develop channel partnerships, and expand the MSME customer base. Oversee credit assessment, underwriting quality, and risk evaluation for mortgage products. Manage and strengthen the collections process, ensuring portfolio health and compliance. Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and credit teams. Develop business strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure regulatory adherence. Candidate Profile 210 years of experience in retail banking / NBFC mortgage operations. Strong exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) for MSME customers. Proven expertise in sales, credit appraisal, and collections, especially in mortgage products. Excellent knowledge in marketing skills. To contribute to the organization's growth by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving business objectives. Ability to drive business growth with strong customer and channel insights.
