- Collaborate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Keep CRM or lead tracking sheets updated
Marketing
Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other B2B channels
- Coordinate content ideas for social media, website, and branding materials
- Assist in positioning NeoGenCode as a reliable IT/offshore development partner
- Research market trends, competitors, and target industries
- Aid in developing marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- 18 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools is advantageous
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or offshore staffing preferred
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adept at client interactions
- Good presentation and follow-up abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in IT services sales/software services sales
- Proficient in outbound sales and lead generation
- Capable of handling marketing coordination and sales conversations
