Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with strong experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and supporting business growth in the Hong Kong market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations and other teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
Requirements
- 89+ years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
- QSR industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage / Restaurant industry.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and business development skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR environment.
Benefits & Employment Terms
- Salary: 1,50,000 per month
- Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week
- Contract: 2 years, renewable based on performance and mutual agreement.
