Job Description Sales Coordinator & Tele caller Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi Company: Urvashi Computers Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator & Tele caller to support our sales team by generating leads, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic knowledge of MS Office. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Generate new business leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records. Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and logistics teams for timely order execution. Prepare quotations, sales reports, and MIS reports. Handle customer queries and provide product information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and follow-ups. Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms. .
