Job Title: Sales and operational Executive Corporate Gifting Company Name-Eminence Gifts Location: Banashankari, Bangalore Department: Production & Operations Reports To: Production TL Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and operational Executive to oversee the end-to-end production process for corporate gifting projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, designers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality customized gifts while maintaining cost efficiency and production standards. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities for corporate gifting orders. - Manage the complete production lifecycle, from order confirmation to final dispatch. - Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, printers, packaging suppliers, and branding partners. - Track production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. - Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet client specifications and company standards. - Source new products and vendors to enhance the gifting portfolio. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements. - Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production terms with suppliers. - Work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand project requirements. - Resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions. - Prepare production reports, order status updates, and cost analysis reports. - Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures. - Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 6 Months to 1 years of experience in production, operations, procurement, or vendor management. - Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, printing, packaging, FMCG, or related industries preferred. - Strong understanding of production planning and supply chain processes. Required Skills - Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. - Robust organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/order management systems. - Attention to detail and quality control mindset. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Problem-solving and analytical skills.
