Job Description: Area Sales & Service Executive XRF Machines Company: Sculptoris Innovation Private Limited Location: Surat Job Type: Full-Time Work Profile: Extensive Field Work & Travel Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Area Sales & Service Executive to manage the complete customer lifecyclefrom generating business opportunities and demonstrating XRF Gold Testing Machines to installation, customer training, and after-sales technical support. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach potential customers, including jewellers, hallmarking centres, refineries, laboratories, and jewellery manufacturers. Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits and customer interactions. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable XRF machine solutions. Conduct live product demonstrations and explain machine features, benefits, and applications. Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales. Develop and strengthen business relationships within the assigned territory. Installation & Customer TrainingInstall and commission XRF machines at customer locations. Install software, configure the system, and ensure proper machine setup. Verify machine performance before handover. Train customers and operators on machine operation, software usage, and routine maintenance. Technical Service & SupportAttend customer service requests and provide on-site technical support. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues. Perform preventive maintenance and health checks to ensure optimum machine performance. Coordinate with the senior technical team for advanced troubleshooting whenever required. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily reports of customer visits, sales activities, installations, and service calls. Update customer information and service history. Submit regular activity reports to the reporting manager. TrainingSelected candidates will undergo one month of comprehensive practical training at our Surat office , covering: XRF technology and machine operation Product knowledge Sales process and customer handling Product demonstrations Machine installation and commissioning Software installation and configuration Customer training Preventive maintenance Basic troubleshooting and technical support After successfully completing the training, candidates will independently manage their assigned territory for sales, installation, and service activities. EligibilityAny Graduate, ITI, or Diploma holder Freshers are welcome to apply Basic computer knowledge Good communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel extensively for field visits Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred Language Requirements Gujarati Hindi Basic English .
