Sales & Technical Engineer Building Management Systems (BMS) Company: Exenture Life Safety India Pvt. Ltd. Region: Delhi, North India Positions: 34 Openings Travel: North India / PAN India as required Exenture Life Safety India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Building Management System (BMS) and Life Safety business and is looking for 34 dynamic Sales & Technical Engineers to strengthen our presence across North India. We are looking for candidates who can combine technical understanding with sales and business development skills. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development * Identify and develop new opportunities for BMS, IBMS and Life Safety solutions. Develop relationships with consultants, developers, MEP contractors, system integrators and end clients.Conduct client meetings, product presentations and technical demonstrations.Generate leads, manage sales opportunities and support business closure.Prepare quotations, follow-ups, negotiations and support order conversion. Technical Sales & Presales * Understand customer requirements and propose suitable BMS solutions. Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, compliance sheets and system architectures.Support consultants and clients with technical clarifications and product specifications.Understand BMS integration with HVAC, electrical, energy meters and other building systems.Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, costing and proposals.Participate in tenders, pre-bid meetings and technical discussions. Project & Technical Support * Coordinate with project and engineering teams during project execution. Support installation, testing and commissioning activities when required.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales and technical teams. Candidate Profile * Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation or related fields. Experience in BMS, HVAC, ELV, Building Automation, Fire & Life Safety or technical sales will be preferred.Freshers are also welcome to apply.Candidates with a combination of technical and sales/business development skills will be preferred.Basic understanding of BMS, HVAC controls, energy management and system integration.Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, IoT or IBMS will be an advantage.Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel.
