Sales & Vendor Trainee

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Vendor Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in FMCG or General Trade, and expertise in training sales teams and vendors to drive digital product adoption and business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for sales teams and vendors.Drive digital product adoption across the sales network.Develop and deliver engaging learning and development programs.Assess training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.Support field teams with product knowledge and sales best practices.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful training execution.Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Vendor Training.Experience in FMCG or General Trade industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in Digital Product Adoption initiatives.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D) methodologies.Preferred Candidate Self-motivated and result-oriented.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel within Hyderabad, if required.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleLeave encashmentPaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
