We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Vendor Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in FMCG or General Trade, and expertise in training sales teams and vendors to drive digital product adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams and vendors.
- Drive digital product adoption across the sales network.
- Develop and deliver engaging learning and development programs.
- Assess training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
- Support field teams with product knowledge and sales best practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful training execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Vendor Training.
- Experience in FMCG or General Trade industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Digital Product Adoption initiatives.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D;) methodologies.
Preferred Candidate
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within Hyderabad, if required.
Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
