Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Apprentice role based in Suryapet. The Sales Apprentice will support branch-level sales activities by engaging prospective and existing customers, explaining APACs MSME lending offerings, and assisting in the loan application and documentation process. The role involves conducting field visits, understanding customer needs, collecting required information, and coordinating with branch and credit teams to ensure smooth origination and onboarding. The Sales Apprentice will help maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions, while contributing to customer service and relationship management at the branch. The role also includes participating in ongoing training, learning APACs products, processes, and technology platforms, and adhering to compliance and quality standards in daily work. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers in semi-urban and rural markets.Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, need-based selling, and follow-up to convert prospects into customers.Candidates should possess basic Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as willingness to learn structured sales processes and follow branch-level guidance and performance metrics.Ability to work on-site in Suryapet, conduct regular field visits, and build long-term customer relationships.Basic understanding of financial products or lending will be an advantage; prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree in any discipline; proficiency in local language and basic English is desirable.Strong ethical standards, reliability, and readiness to grow within a fast-scaling financial services organization. .
