What will you do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents
Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads
Explain courses, pricing, and programs
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Schedule demos and support the enrollment process
Maintain accurate lead details in CRM
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
