What makes this role different Warm inbound leads NO cold calling These are professionals who have already expressed interest in changing their careers, increasing their income, or moving into Agile/Scrum Master roles.Your job isn't to convince random people to buy.Your job is to understand, diagnose, handle objections, and close.You'll speak with prospects, uncover their real motivations, present the right solution, follow up strategically, and convert qualified opportunities into enrollments. What you'll own Conduct discovery and enrollment calls with qualified leadsUnderstand the prospect's career goals, pain points, urgency, and decision-making processSell NewMe Tech mentorship and career transformation programs through consultative sellingHandle objections around price, career transition, ROI, timing, and outcomesFollow up and move prospects through the pipelineMaintain CRM and pipeline disciplineConsistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targetsParticipate in sales coaching and performance improvement sessions We're looking for someone who: Has 24 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or high-ticket salesHas a proven ability to close, not just generate leads or schedule meetingsUnderstands discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing psychologyHas experience selling education, coaching, consulting, certification, career programs, or other high-ticket solutions preferredIs highly target-driven and comfortable being measured on revenueHas excellent spoken and written EnglishIs fluent in TamilHas working/manageable HindiIs confident speaking with working professionals and handling serious buying conversationsIs comfortable using a CRM and conducting calls on Zoom/Google Meet Compensation 30,00035,000/month fixed depending on experience + Uncapped Performance-based incentives Our top performers are currently earning over 100K+ per month (including incentives).
