Job Description is mentioned below:

1. *It would be a blended process for 95% outbound and 05% inbound.

2. Associate will be required to make telemarketing calls using dialler and manual
resources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer.

3. Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and
criteria

4. Up on qualifying the client, associate will transfer the call to Counsellor in-house

5. Associate will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients and will enroll them in to
the product and services we offer.

6. Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 module though company operates
from Monday to Friday but hence can call associate to work on weekends when
required

7. Associate must have more than 1 year experience in outbound sales in US. Must have US calling or call handling experience.

8. EXCELLENT communication skills.

9. Salary date is 10th of every month.

10. Incentives are being paid on weekly and monthly basis (Up to INR 2 lac)

11. Meal, both side pick and drop facility

12. Salary up to INR 45000

13. Annual increment policies and appraisal.

14. Work module is fixed. Company operates in accordance to US EST working hours

15. Shift Log in from 7:00 PM IST till 4:30 AM IST (Based on Day Light Saving )

16. 5.5 working days
