Role summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating with customers, handling telecalling activities, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer service.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
Handle telecalling and follow up with customers for inquiries, orders, and payments.
Process customer orders and maintain sales records.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
Track order status and coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and maintain customer databases.
