Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and offers.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Generate leads through follow-ups, cold calling and references.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Delivery teams.
• Prepare quotations, booking forms and other required sales documents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings and customer interactions in CRM/DMS.
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and provide proper customer handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Stay updated on new models, competitors, market trends and offers.

• Basic knowledge of automobile products and vehicle financing/insurance.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in car/automobile showroom sales, 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler sales, retail sales or automotive dealerships will be preferred.
