01Requirements
A. Eligibility criteria:1. Graduate in any discipline.2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.3. Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.4. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.5. Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency are an added advantage.6. Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be preferred.B. Preferred candidate profile1. Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.2. Self-motivated and target-oriented.3. Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective candidates.4. Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, inside sales, or customer support will be an added advantage
