Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator role supports back-office sales operations and commercial documentation for a global trading business. Based onsite in Gurgaon, the position coordinates import and export-related sales support activities, prepares essential commercial documents, and helps maintain efficient internal sales processes. Responsibilities Support back-office and inside sales activities Assist with import and export-related sales support processes Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and other commercial documents Prepare and maintain management information system reports Use enterprise resource planning and accounting systems to support sales administration Maintain accurate sales records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Requirements Bachelors degree 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales support or sales coordination Experience supporting import and export activities Experience preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, management information system reports, and other commercial documents Experience using an enterprise resource planning system, preferably a Microsoft-based system Familiarity with Tally Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Good and clear communication skills About the company A leading global company in the trading industry, headquartered in Japan.
