We are India's first and fastest growing travel start-up, specialized in organizing domestic and international group tours for senior citizens. We conduct packaged / fixed departure group tours across India and abroad and have been featured in different news media and channels including Economic Times, Times Of India, Deccan Herald, The Hindu.
We are looking for passionate, efficient and confident Travel Consultant /Customer Service Executive who would be part of our core team based out of office at HST Layout, 27th Main, 1st Sector, Bangalore Fresher and experienced from both from tourism and customer service background with very good English communication skills can apply for this role.
Responsibilities - Explain Tour international and domestic tour packages to clients by phone and via email.
Convert leads/enquiries to booking, do required follow up - Complete booking process in CRM, collect payment, Id Cards - Ensure booking of flights, visa, insurance etc - Maintain CRM for all enquiries and bookings - Participate in marketing - email, social media .
Qualifications - 1 to 5 year experience in handling customer inquiries.
Good Knowledge in tour destination within India and InternationalGood Verbal and Written Communication skills in English, Hindi and any local southern India language.Good typing speed and knowledge in Microsoft Office Products - Outlook/Word/ExcelGood in calculation, costing/estimation, attention to accuracy.Have basic common sense and presence of mind to handle day to day workGood persuasive skill and negotiation skills.Self driven and self motivated to research on destinations, new tours packages, competitor analysis and market trends.Have passion for sales and customer service. .
