Sales Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in industrial, automotive, and commercial sectors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Promote company products including lubricants, oils, and petrochemical products.
• Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Requirements

• Experience: 810 years in sales (preferably in lubricants, petroleum, or industrial products)
• Education: Bachelors Degree (B.A. or above; MBA preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local market and distribution network
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 30,000 40,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives
• Travel allowance as per company policy

• Experience in lubricant / oil / petrochemical industry
• Existing network of dealers, distributors, or industrial clients
• Strong sales closing ability and target-oriented mindset
