Job Title: SDRLocation: Work from OfficeJob Location: Mundhwa PuneKey ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls as a key part of your prospecting, alongside email and LinkedIn.Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone.Understand prospects business needs and explain how DCT can help.Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Keep accurate records of outreach and prospect conversations in the CRM.Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach and messaging.Stay up to date on DCTs services and offerings so you can speak to them confidently.What Youll Be SellingYoull work across DCTs full range of offerings, including:
Technology Services - AI, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, System Integration, Product Engineering, ITES,and GCC offerings.
AI Practice - industry-specific AI solutions across Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, Travel &Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.
RequirementsMust-have:
2-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, ideally in B2B technology or professional services.Confident, proven cold-calling ability, not just email/LinkedIn outreach.Good written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable using a CRM and other sales tools (e.g. Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.Tools & SystemsDialer / calling tool - cold calling.Apollo - prospecting and lead lists.CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot or equivalent) - tracking outreach and appointments.LinkedIn Sales Navigator - social outreach and research.Email sequencing tool - outreach cadences.Calendar / scheduling tool - booking appointments. .
