About the Role We are hiring Field Sales Executives / Relationship Managers to drive site visits, walk-in conversions, and residential property sales. This is a high-incentive, field-based role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, are target-driven, and want fast career growth in real estate sales. What You'll Do Generate and follow up on leads via cold calls. Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers. Build and maintain relationships with clients through the buying journey Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth documentation and handover Achieve monthly site-visit and sales targets Who We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (real estate, banking, insurance, or edtech sales are welcome) Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for site visits) Smartphone required Comfortable with day-long field work for Saturday and Sundays and 5-day work week (Mon-Tue week off) Local language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) will be an added advantage Salary & Incentives Fixed salary range : 30000 45000 per month.
