Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their Dev Ops and monitoring needs, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to manage outreach, discovery conversations, and opportunity qualification.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to build and nurture a solid pipeline of prospects.
Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, especially in Dev Ops or IT infrastructure domains, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders and eager to learn about monitoring and Dev Ops tooling. .
