Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Meet builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and end customers to generate sales leads.
• Promote complete elevators, elevator components, modernization solutions, and spare parts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with design, production, installation, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and gather technical information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
