- Product Promotion: Explain the features and benefits of our HIMS software to doctors, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings and software demonstrations for our field sales representatives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the CRM software.

- Explicit Communication & Active Listening: Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to prospects.
- Objection Handling: A patient, calm, and composure when dealing with difficult customers or rejections.
- Professional Integrity: Commitment to highly ethical, non-deceptive calling practices without making false claims.
- Structured Pitching: Ability to properly greet prospects, understand their hospital management needs, and outline clear next steps.
Qualification
- Experience: Fresher / Entry-Level.
- Aptitude for Learning: Must be capable of grasping technical product knowledge, including understanding healthcare software and hospital workflows
- Technical Skills: Ability or willingness to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate logs.
- Communication Qualifications: Must possess clear speaking abilities, active listening skills.
