01Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and motivate the mortgage sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursement and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, builders, brokers, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, real-estate developers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Review customer profiles and coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams.
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and applicable lending regulations.
- Track team performance and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Handle escalated customer issues and support the team in closing high-value cases.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:
